Project: Autonomy in Motion
For this project, we collaborated with Naro Solution, an Italian company specializing in the design and development of both automatic and manual mechanical machines. The client’s brief was clear: to create two automatic Omni Ants for indoor use, powered entirely by electricity.
The project was started from scratch, and through a structured development process, we were able to create an innovative vehicle, specifically designed for the indoor SPMT sector. Thanks to cutting-edge technical solutions and an optimized design, the vehicle is able to precisely and efficiently meet the specific needs of indoor handling.
The project’s true uniqueness lies in the wheel assembly, a one-of-a-kind system that integrates an innovative lifting mechanism patented by Naro. This solution makes the vehicle exclusive and highly competitive in the industry, while ensuring versatility and reliability.
Another advantage is the ability to connect vehicles in two different ways:
– longitudinally, using a hydraulically operated pin;
– transversely, using a flanged connector.
Thanks to these features, the project has allowed us to develop a product that is not only technologically advanced, but also highly functional, capable of responding to complex operational needs with simple and effective solutions.
